The Chief of all Qalanders (Qalander-e-Azam); Sound Believer and the Best Practitioner of Shariat-e-Mutahira (Peer-e-Tariqat, Rehbar-e-Shariat); Well-Knower of Mysteries of the University (Deep Sea of Mar'afat); and Almighty Allah (the Exposed Reality); A Great Spiritual King of Kings (Sultan-ul-Salateen); the one who is beloved to each and everything in between seven skies and seven earths (Mahboob-e-Saqlain); Embodiment of Morality and Qualities of Holy Prophet Muhammad (Suallu Alaihe Wa Aalehi Wassalam (SAWAW); Beloved to the Five Holy Personalities known as Panjtan Paak (AS); Hadrat Peer Shah Bashir Ahmad Alvi Owaisi, Qadri, Qalandri, Daimi-al-Huzoori, Panjtani Noor Allah Marqadah took holy birth in this world on 13th of August, 1947 as a result of pray of Hazrat Peer Syed Mehr Ali Gillani Chishti Nizami Owaisi (RA) of Golra Shareef (Rawalpindi/Pakistan), in a Village No.55 in the Southern side of Sargodha District, Punjab Province. With blessings of his holy birth, Pakistan, a separate motherland of Muslims and the land of Awliya Allah, came into existence the next day i.e. 14th of August, 1947. Family of the ChiefQalander  Noor Allah Marqadah was quite religious and had great dignity. It is linked with Mughal genealogy which has direct blood relation with the Holy Door of the Holy City of Knowledge, Hadrat Maula Ali-al-Murtaza (AS). Living of the family of the ChiefQalander  Noor Allah Marqadah was dependent upon agriculture.

The Father of the ChiefQalander  Noor Allah Marqadah, Hadrat Peer Mirza Saif Ali  (RA) gave Oath of Allegiance on the hands of Hadrat Peer Syed Mehr Ali Gillani Chishti Nizami Owaisi (RA) when he visited Kashmir. At that time, family of the ChiefQalander  Noor Allah Marqadah also used to live in a beautiful valley of Kashmir. The father of the ChiefQalander  Noor Allah Marqadah after receiving bounty and blessings from his Peer-o-Murshad became his Khalifah whose heart was full of the truest love with his Peer-o-Murshad. After Hadrat Peer Syed Mehr Ali Gillani Chishti Nizami Owaisi (RA) returned back to Golra Shareef, the truest love  forced Hadrat Peer Mirza Saif Ali  Chishti Nizami (RA) to come to Golra Shareef and start living under the blessing umbrella of his Peer-o-Murshad for his continuous service.

One day, Hadrat Peer Syed Mehr Ali Gillani Chishti Nizami Owaisi (RA) prayed to Almighty Allah with the mean of Panjtan Paak (AS)  to bless this world with a Great Sufi Saint (Most Perfect Wali Allah) who may show the Straight Path to Muslims divided into sectarianism and totally unaware of the True Islam, and enlighten their hearts with true love with and sound faith in Panjtan Paak (AS). The following night, Hadrat Muhammad Rasool Allah (SAWAW) came in  the dream of Hadrat Peer Syed Mehr Ali Gillani Chishti Nizami Owaisi (RA) with sweet news stating "O'Mehr Ali! Your pray has been accepted by Almighty Allah, five sons would take birth from your Khalifah Mirza Saif Ali - first four would be pious & noble,  and the fifth would be our son. When he would take birth in this world, he should be named Bashir Ahmad Al-Owaisi as he is our inspiration (basharat) and that he should be raised secretly. When he would appear in the line of Awliya Allah, he would have an unmatched Walayah and valuable spiritual qualities being the Most Perfect Wali Allah". The next morning, Hadrat Peer Syed Mehr Ali Gillani Chishti Nizami Owaisi (RA) called his beloved Khalifah Hadrat Mirza Saif Ali Chishti Nizami (RA) and advised him to go back to his home and attend to domestic affairs. Hadrat Peer Mirza Saif Ali Chishti Nizami (RA), after listening to his Peer-o-Murshad's order felt gloomy, and went back to his home in Kashmir. He was, at that time unmarried. So his noble parents searched a noble family and married his son to one of their religious daughter. Thereafter, family of the ChiefQalander  Noor Allah Marqadah migrated to Sargodha and started living in a village and adopted agriculture as profession for livelihood. Almighty Allah blessed Hadrat Peer Mirza Saif Ali Chishti Nizami (RA) with four sons in consecutive four years. As after having departed his Peer-o-Murshad, Hadrat Peer Mirza Saif Ali (RA) he was gloomy, he again returned to Golra Shareef for serving his Peer-o-Murshad Hadrat Peer Syed Mehr Ali Gillani Chishti Nizami Owaisi (RA). After four-year's continuous service to his Peer-o-Murshad, he was again advised to go back to his home. This time, Hadrat Peer Syed Mehr Ali Gillani Chishti Nizami Owaisi (RA) disclosed the secret to his Khalifah stating that time of fulfillment of Almighty Allah's promise is nearing and clearly informed him of the Inspiration (Basharat) of Hadrat Muhammad Rasool Allah (SAWAW). After listening to his Peer-o-Murshad's advice, he, although felt gloomy but came back to home and apprised his wife of the news disclosed by his Peer-o-Murshad. She was also very happy on hearing this news.

At last, time came and the fifth son, the ChiefQalander  Noor Allah Marqadah took birth in completely purified condition. With this holy birth, all atmosphere of the house of Hadrat Peer Mirza Saif Ali Chishti Nizami (RA) enlightened with Noor-e-Ellahi and great fragrance. According to the advice of his Peer-o-Murshad, the newly born fifth son was named Bashir Ahmad Al-Owaisi. Whole family members of the ChiefQalander  Noor Allah Marqadah thanked Almighty Allah on blessing them with this greatest reward. Almighty Allah blessed Hadrat Peer Mirz Saif Ali Chishti Nizami (RA) with five sons in the following sequence:

1. Harat Mirza Ahmad Ali (RA)

2. Hadrat Mirza Muhammad Ali (RA)

3. Hadrat Mirza Amanat Ali (Damat-e-Barkatuhum Aalia

4. Hadrat Mirza Sadiq (RA), and

5. Hadrat Bashir Ahmd Al-Owaisi (the ChiefQalander  Noor Allah Marqadah)

The third son of Hazrat Mirza Saif Ali Chishti Nizami (RA), Hadrat Mirza Amanat Ali (Damat-e-Barkatuhum Aalia is still alive and is complete reflection of the ChiefQalander  Noor Allah Marqadah.

The ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah, Bashir Ahmad Al-Owaisi was only three days old that Hadrat Moeen-o-Din Chishti known as Khawaja Ghareeb Nawaz(RA), spiritually came and affectionately took up the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah and blessed him with the entire bounty and blessings of his Chishti Order. The same way, other founder Awliya Allah used to come spiritually from time to time to bless the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah with entire bounty and blessings of their Orders. The mother of the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqdah stated that when she used to be busy in doing house works, she used to hear different voices as if a group of people are standing around her son. When she used to rush to her son, she used to find him lying on the bed comfortably. She said that she often used to see a straight light of Noor from the forehead of her son with which the whole atmosphere of the house used to be enlightened.

The ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah was three and half years old. At that time, a litigation regarding agricultural land was underway in the court. The opponents used to claim their ownership on the agricultural land purchased by Hadrat Mirza Saif Ali Chishti Nizami (RA). One day he had to go to the court for hearing. The ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah insisted his father to take him along with himself. He resisted but the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah kept insisting on taking him to the court. At last, father of the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah agreed and took him along with himself to the court. When the court proceedings started, Judge sitting above on his chair suddently saw a little beautiful child, the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah and asked whose father is this beautiful kid? Hadrat Peer Mirza Saif Ali Chishti Nizami (RA) replied that this is his son. The Judge immediately asked him to bring this kid and let him sit on his own table. Court proceedings started and advocates from both sides completed their arguments. During this time, a kid, the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah, kept seeing on the face of Judge and papers lying before him on his table.

Now time came to announce  the judgement. Both parties and other people present in the court astonished on hearing the judgement. The Judge said, this court gives decision in favour of the person whose son is sitting on his table. He straightaway rejected the claim of opponents over the agricultural land owned by Hadrat Peer Mirza Saif Ali Chishti Nizami (RA). This was the first miracle of the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah. Thereafter, a chain of miracles started till the outward demise of the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah on 30st of January, 1998.

When Hadrat Muhammad Rasool Allah (SAWAW) gave his Inspration (Basarhat) to Hazrat Peer Syed Mehr Ali Gillani Chishti Nizami Owaisi (RA), Sultan-ul-Arifeen Hadrat Sultan Muhammad Bahu (RA) was spiritually present in the holy Bargah of Hadrat Muhammad Rasool Allah (SAWAW). He requested the Holy Prophet (SAWAW)  to bless him with the duty of apparent safety and security of the personality whose news was being given to Hadrat Peer Syed Mehr Ali Gillani Chishti Nizami Owaisi (RA). The Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAWAW) happily blessed Hadrat Sultan Muhammad Bahu (RA) with his requested duty. It is pertinent to mention that Hadrat Sultan Muhammad Bahu (RA) well performed his duty of safety and security of the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah during his childhood. Not only this, he also blessed the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah with entire bounty and blessings of his Qadri Sarwari Order.

Till the age of 12 years, all Awliya Allah founder of different Orders spiritually came to take Oath of Allegiance from the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah. At the end, Hadrat Ghaus-al-Azam Jillani Hasni Hussain Bagdadi Noor Allah Marqadah spiritually came to take Oath of Allegiance from the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah and then stated: O'my son! your spiritual Oaths of Allegiance on the hands of various Awliya Allah are now complete. Now it is compulsory for you to give one apparent Oath of Allegiance on the hands of a True Wali Allah, namely Hadrat Peer Syed Shah Bhalawal Hamdi known as Ahmed Saeed Hamdi Badshah (RA) living in Dandha Shah Bhalawal who is from our genealogy and we have spiritually informed him about you". Hadrat Peer Syed Ahmad Seed Hamdi Badshah (RA) was very pious Wali Allah. The ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah, in the age of 12 years, went with his father to give Oath of Allegiance to Hadrat Peer Ahmad Seed Hamdani Badshah (RA). On the day when the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah was on the way to Dandha Shah Bhalawal near Mianwali, Hadrat Peer Syed Ahmad Saeed Hamdani Badshah (RA) was anxiously waiting for the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah. He had called two or three of his disciples to make the best arrangements and to wait for the great Sufi Saint coming to give Oath of Allegiance on his hands. At last, the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah arrived at the house of Hadrat Peer Syed Ahmad Saeed Hamdani Badshah (RA) who received the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah with great love and respect. He took Oath of Allegiance transferring all bounty and blessings that he had, and halted the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah and his father for three days as his guests. After three-day's stay, he farewelled the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah with great respect and prays. He, later on, stated to all of his disciples that Bashir Ahmad Al-Owaisi is his only disciple for whom he started his Sufi Order.

Besides the above, the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah received spiritual knowledge and knowledge of mysteries directly from Hadrat Muhammad Rasool Allah (SAWAW), Hadrat Maula Ali-al-Murtaza (AS), other Commanders (True Imams) of Believers and also met with the 12th Commander of the Believers Hazrat Syed Imam Muhammad Mehdi (AS) untold times and received bounty and blessings.

Once upon a time, one of the disciples of the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah stated: Huzoor! it is said that Hadrat Jalaluddin Sayyuti (RA) saw Almighty Allah 110 times. In reply, the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah said, I have seen Almighty Allah untold times.

The Dignity and Excellence of the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah appeared to be as great as  cannot be estimated, proof of which is that if any Muslim of any trade like Doctor, Scientist or a Learned possessing degree of Islamic Fiqah, came to see the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah, they forgot all their knowledge. When the  ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah used to raise any question to any of them, they used to be silent as if they are all illeterate while at other time they must have been renowned because of their mastery over their trades. In short, the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah used to speak on  human diseases and medication keeping his holy face to the doctor sitting among the visitors, and throw light on such causes of diseases and allopathic method of medication. At the end, the doctor, repenting on his meager knowledge, used to have nothing to speak but to respectfully ask the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah, Huzoor! what you have spoken about was never taught to him when he was studying for MBBS degree. Even we closely observed dead bodies for practical knowledge but never saw that specific part of the human body on which life of human is dependent. Likewise, the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah used to speak on philosophy, human nature, creation of the universe and many other areas but all used to speak nothing but to wonder and tenderly appreciate the knowledge of mysteries together with accepting dignity and excellence of the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah. Similarly, when the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah used to address a religionsly Learned visitors having Quranic knowledge in their hearts and pointing them to a specific verse questioning how and what do you mean by that verse? The Learned religious visitors had nothing to speak but think as if they had not learned Quranic teachings. On their request to grant them clear understanding of the verse in question, the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah used to give an indepth and exact meaning and translation of the verse. After listening to the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah, all visitors sitting in the room used to say "Subhan Allah" appreciating dignity and excellence of the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah and expressing their love by kissing hands and feet of the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah.

Anyway, the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah never let any of his visitors go back without having spiritual pilgrimage of the Holy Personality of Hadrat Muhammad Rasool Allah (SAWAW) or the Chief Commander of the Believers Hadrat Maula  Ali-al-Murtaza (AS). After having been blessed with an unmatched and priceless reward, they would fall victim of true love with the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah, with dropping eyes, and making requests for Oath of Allegiance in Owaisi Qadri Qalandri Order. Sometime, the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah took Oath of Allegiance at the same time from Muslims having true love for the Five Holy Personalities and sound faith but some time he gave the  Muslim interested to give Oath of Allegiance, time and asked him to start offering Durood-o-Salam on the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAWAW) stating that when time will come we will call you and take Oath of Allegiance.  However, it happened not very often. Anyhow,  the practice of blessing his visitors with spiritual pilgrimage of the Holy Personality of Hadrat Muhammad Rasool Allah (SAWAW) or Hadrat Maula Ali-al-Murtaza (AS) still continues in Owaisi Qadri Qalandri Order founded by the ChiefQalander Noor Allah Marqadah, because;
